Movement Coaching at STRIVE Movement

Intelligent training made simple

What is a Movement Coach?

A Movement Coach specialises in helping people improve their physical movement patterns and abilities. Helping people develop the ease, efficiency, and effectiveness of their motion.

Movement Coaches work with a wide spectrum of clients, from those rehabilitating pain and injury, to athletes looking to improve sport performance. Whatever your goals, Movement Coaches prescribe corrective exercise to develop core stability, flexibility and balance, alongside loaded movements such as bending and lifting, stepping and reaching, pushing and pulling, designed to develop functional strength.

Movement Coaches provide a holistic approach to health and fitness, combining physical training with help on mindset and motivation to help clients build the mental resilience and discipline necessary to achieve their goals.

“Due to the manipulation and exercises James has recommended there has been much improvement. James is a very friendly and enthusiastic individual who obviously enjoys working with people be they healthy or disabled, young or old.”
